Novid20 was not a client project. It was our own health-tech: we built the software, ran the company and were responsible for operations.
When a lab did not deliver in the middle of the night, that was our problem. That is the difference between delivering and taking responsibility.

With Novid20 we supported 35 million lab tests across 5,381 institutions: schools, kindergartens, care homes.
In Bavaria alone, more than 3.5 million tests a month ran through our software to nine connected labs.

Health data of millions of people, under the eyes of the media and the authorities. Live systems, every day.
Out of that came our standards for data separation, traceability and operations, and the data protection lawyers we still work with today.
What remains
2x10 grew out of Novid20. The team, the standards and the attitude stayed.
We treat your software as if it were our own product. Because we know what that is like.
Our clients hire us to build what gives them an edge. Confidentiality is part of the job. Publishing the details could give that edge away. We’ve delivered in regulated environments and on projects worth hundreds of millions.
